Insurance

I take PPO insurance plans, and work as an Out of Network Provider. If you have a PPO, or have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company will reimburse you for my services. I will provide you with an invoice containing the necessary coding and information that insurance companies require to process your claim. Contact your insurance company to see if your plan covers “out-of-network mental health providers.  Out-of-network plans often cover 80% to 100% of the fee.

You can check your coverage by asking the following questions: 

1. Do I have out of network mental health (or behavioral health) insurance benefits?

2. What is my out of network deductible (if any) and has it been met yet by other medical expenses?

3. What is the coverage amount (or percentage) per therapy session?
